Design Studio Challenge of the Week

We kicked off the weekend right with an evening at Finca [spanish cuisine] trying an assortment of tapas. I highly recommend it and not just because they had churros & chocolate on the dessert menu. I mean, process this >>> wood grilled carrots in cumin honey and saffron butter. Yum. The weekend ended with a concert at The Great Saltair [the oddest venue ever to be] and a killer sunset. Well done SLC.
